Senator Robert Kennedy makes speech giving the plane to the Smithsonian Institute. Ted Kennedy and Mrs Eunice Shriver on platform. Name "Caroline" on nose of plane. Shots of the crowds and press. CHANGE OF COMMAND.: Vincenza, Italy: 05/22/1968: Approx. 375': MG John S Hughes takes over command of SETAF from MG Elmer H Almquist, Jr. LS, troops parade on field. Contingent of Italian troops parade past camera. Color Guard, Honor Guard, and band march past. Italian Bersaglieri band plays. Sign over street, "Arrivederci MG and Mrs Almquist". The generals troop the line in a jeep. Gen Almquist turns over colors to Gen Hughes. MS & CUs, troops parade around field. CU, feet. Spectators on field.
